Design Manager, Brand

We’re looking for a design manager with strategic chops to develop Pinterest's brand for advertisers. From big branded experiences like Cannes and SXSW to scaled communications, you’ll tell the story of why Pinterest is a must-buy platform for businesses. If you’ve got a heart for business owners (from large enterprises to mom-and-pop shops), a mind for complex systems and a strong design point of view, you could be just the person for the job.

What you’ll do :
  • Develop the Pinterest Business brand identity and ensure consistency and quality
  • Work with our business marketing team to define priorities and strategy
  • Art direct for partner events (CES, Cannes, etc.) and scaled marketing (business site, blog, email, ads, video stories)
  • Recruit and manage a team of designers/freelancers
What we’re looking for :
  • 5+ years of design, strategy and management experience
  • You’re a passionate designer with a strong eye for great design and an understanding of the Pinterest brand
  • At the core, you’re a storyteller with a knack for designing compelling visuals, iconography, typography, photography, animation and infographics
  • A great manager that can mentor designers and help refine their craft
