Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Business Development team at Pinterest leads partnerships across a diverse set of companies to provide our Pinners with a world class experiences to help them discover and do what they love. As a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you’ll work with a variety of partners across Pinterest products (Creators, SMB, Ads, Shopping, Growth, Search etc), helping hundreds of millions of people find ideas and inspiration.

What you'll do :
  • Build, foster and scale partners and partner programs for Pinterest
  • Develop, establish and maintain impactful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders from executives  to engineers and other key XFN decision makers
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and leadership to deliver results
  • Co-lead partner product roadmaps from definition to launch
  • Develop scalable processes to manage partnerships from top 10 to 100s
What we're looking for :
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Partnerships or Program Management at large Tech platforms
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products and programs focused on Partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and executive presence
  • Track record of delivering successful mutual business outcomes centered around product partnerships globally
  • Experience in SMB, Creator or E-Commerce platforms
