- Develop new techniques for inferring user interests from online activity
- Work on large scale data systems targeting ads to users
- Work with product and sales teams to design and implement new ad targeting features
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience working with large-scale distributed systems
- Strong industry experience in large scale systems, big data, and machine learning
- Strong experience in user modeling and targeting in the applications of recommendations, search, ads, or personalized shopping
