Fraud Manager

We’re looking for a talented leader with a passion for Pinterest and pinners to lead efforts to identify and manage fraud to protect our users and company. You will work closely with our product, engineering, billing, and operations teams to develop, implement, and manage fraud risk mitigation strategies and processes. What you’ll do :
  • Develop and implement fraud strategy and chargeback management efforts
  • Partner with product, engineering, billing, and operations teams to identify solutions and develop plans
  • Oversee the development and management of real-time rules and models to predict, identify, and combat fraud
  • Identify metrics and build tools to measure, monitor, and share fraud information
  • Manage a team of analysts working on various aspects of the team strategy
What we’re looking for :
  • 5+ years of risk/fraud management experience (ideally in a tech environment)
  • Extensive industry knowledge of fraud trends, behavioral tendencies and detection in a Card not present environment
  • Experience with building metrics and dashboards to detect fraud
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
