- Document and optimize existing ad review workflows
- Project manage team initiatives to drive efficiency and quality
- Pull, analyze and translate data into a narrative to influence cross-functional partners
- Partner with various teams across Pinterest to maintain a high bar on ad quality and brand safety
- 2-4 years of experience in Advertising or Online Operations
- 2+ year experience using SQL
- A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills to help support the team
