Every day, millions of people use Pinterest to discover and do what they love. Our team’s job is to protect them from bad actors. We’re looking for an analytics leader to grow a team of 5-10 analysts and tackle challenging adversarial problems at scale. This is a high-visibility role that touches almost every product area at Pinterest.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead a growing team of 5-10 analysts
  • Identify and address new sophisticated abuse trends
  • Partner closely with PMs, Engineers and Operations to devise new strategies for combating abuse on Pinterest
  • Recommend product enhancements to reduce the likelihood of abuse in new products
What we’re looking for :
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working with large data sets, including proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python
  • Prefer previous experience working on adversarial problems at scale
