Product Manager, Growth Platform

Pinterest is searching for a Product Manager to join our Growth Platform team. In this role, you’ll combine product, analytics, and growth expertise to build tools and technologies that help make Pinterest a more local, personal, and effective product. The Growth Platform team is a young team that owns and builds a suite of tools used by hundreds of engineers, product managers, and marketers internally. These tools include our localization platform, copy optimization tools, lifecycle touchpoint and upsell tools, as well as the notification platform. We're searching for a product manager who can guide the day to day operation of the team while building a long term identity and responsibility set for the team.

What you’ll do :
  • Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution for the growth platform strategy
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption and effectiveness of owned tools
  • Identify opportunities to centralize and scale growth team tools
  • Work with engineering partner to prioritize weekly work and drive all larger planning cycles
  • Partner with engineering to ensure tools operate effectively, bugs are handled quickly, and stakeholder feedback is integrated into weekly work
  • Create a long term identity and strategy for the growth platform team
What we’re looking for :
  • Over 4 years of product management or related experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and experience in enterprise software development
  • Organized and structured approach to managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies across systems/teams
  • Good analytic abilities with experience creating SQL queries from scratch
  • Great business judgement, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment without forgetting important details
  • Excellent communication skills with experience giving strategic presentations
