Strategic Partnerships Manager, Platforms

The Business Development team at Pinterest leads partnerships across a diverse set of companies to provide our Pinners with world class experiences to help them discover and do what they love. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager for our platform partnerships, you’ll work with a variety of partners across Pinterest products (Creators, SMB, Ads, Shopping, Growth, Search etc), helping hundreds of millions of people find ideas and inspiration.

What you'll do :
  • Build, foster and scale Pinterest’s largest strategic and platform partnerships
  • Develop, establish and maintain impactful relationships with key external and cross-functional  stakeholders from executives to engineers
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and leadership to deliver results
  • Co-lead partner or internal product roadmaps from definition to launch. Ability to creatively structure or brainstorm product solutions with both external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for partners or XFN stakeholders’ day-to-day needs, ultimately defining the long-term vision for the partnership and continuously tracking its success
  • Develop scalable processes to manage complex and nuanced partnerships and integrations
What we're looking for :
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in product, business development/partnership prefered
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products and programs focused on growing user engagement or revenue
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and executive presence
  • Track record of delivering successful mutual business outcomes centered around product partnerships globally
  • You are a creative thinker who’s comfortable with triaging and managing highly complex, nuanced and new functional areas
  • Analytical skill set who can define, track and quantify ROI of partnerships and integrations
