Partner Manager, DACH Mid Market Sales, Dublin-based

Pinterest is experiencing rapid growth and accelerating the ads business in the DACH region, and you can be a part of that adventure! As one of the first Partner Managers supporting the DACH region for the international Mid Market sales team in Dublin, you’ll develop and grow relationships with client and agency partners, help them utilize Pinterest to solve business challenges, and drive meaningful results. You'll collaborate on major initiatives and see them through to success, while being the primary contact for our partners at the highest level within the DACH region.


What you'll do :
  • Discover new mid-market advertising partnerships across the DACH market, a range of companies including large consumer brands and fast-paced startups
  • Build your book of business through education and adoption of our ads offering to hit quarterly advertiser activation and revenue targets
  • Use strategic vision and creative thinking to solve some of DACH advertisers’ toughest business problems and use Pinterest paid and organic solutions to meet their goals
  • Work with cross-functional teams to influence the international product roadmap based on market needs
  • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
  • Help build an international business around one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history
What we're looking for :
  • 3-5+ years digital advertising and new business sales experience, with proven track record of changing and influencing mid-market clients’ digital strategy and/or business outcomes
  • Experience working with executive-level marketers
  • Previous experience overachieving sales quotas and goals by locking in quarterly and annually business plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build advocacy and deepen relationships
  • German language proficiency or native speaker level
