Lead Product Designer, Business Growth

Pinterest is looking for a passionate Lead Product Designer to join our team to design experiences for our advertiser and content creator growth teams. In addition to growing this audience, you’ll be leading projects that help these new businesses onboard onto the product and educate them on how to have long-term success on the platform. You'll work closely with and mentor your fellow designers, and collaborate across product management, engineering, and research to iterate on a variety of experiences.

What you'll do :
  • Work with cross-functional partners to establish strategy and keep progress towards goals
  • Bring designs to life and communicate your vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes
  • Develop solutions, strategies and product requirements for a content creator and self-serve advertiser audience; you'll work with and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced, extremely iterative, experimental, and data driven environment
  • Collaborate and work closely with designers across the design org
What we're looking for :
  • Proven track record devising and designing high-quality products (web or mobile) in collaboration with product management and engineering partners
  • A portfolio of design projects that shows outstanding product design skills
  • Great communication and storytelling skills to clearly articulate design decisions and user problems
  • Experience leading complex user and metrics inspired projects
