Creator Growth, Program Manager

You’ll build, as well as drive awareness and engagement with Pinterest’s content program. Working with Product and other key cross-functional teams, you’ll bring strong relationship skills to align key third-parties with Pinterest’s strategy, ultimately delivering an aligned incentive model that that helps elevate the quality and impact of content on Pinterest.

What you'll do :
  • Build and evolve a world-class content ecosystem and create a methodology for identifying, tracking, and segmenting creators at different stages of their lifecycle with Pinterest.
  • Pair segmentation with a robust engagement and communications strategy that leverages automated channels (emails, notifs, in product) to improve the consistency and effectiveness of Pinterest messages.  
  • Be the face of Pinterest for key creator partners, develop an engagement model that offers true, high touch support. In parallel, build processes/systems for structurally scaling learnings.
  • Develop incentive models to drive alignment with creator business strategies leading to increased allocation of resources and production effort toward Pinterest.
  • Centralize learnings about what is working and not, share with Product and cross functional partners to influence roadmap where required.
 What we're looking for :
  • 3 years+ as a partnerships management, or senior account management, ideally in a content driven environment.
  • You have exposure to and opinions about content monetization models and where these are heading.\
  • You have experience turning data and insights into programs for improving comprehension, adoption and awareness, ideally on a global scale.
  • You have demonstrated ability to form C level relationships, as well as influence third parties to align with company priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills. You are someone who is comfortable saying exactly what you are thinking both in writing and in person. You are used to getting your way in negotiations.
  • You are comfortable in an experimental and scrappy environment, scaling from ideas to execution without missing a beat.
  • You are comfortable making decisions based on data. Where data isn’t available, you make decisions based on clear principles.
  • You have a high level of integrity as you are often the “glue” between orgs and will spend a great deal of time representing Pinterest.
  • You ideally have experience with the key drivers of advertising-based products.
