User Support & Operations Manager

San Francisco

We’re looking for an experienced people manager with a passion for building high performing teams and developing people. You will work with a team of talented Support Strategists and Program managers to provide a seamless support experience to our users. You will partner with leaders across the company to drive support experience improvements globally.

What you’ll do :
  • Develop and Manage the User Support and Operations team
  • Manage and improve the Pinterest support experience
  • Make data driven decisions to drive team strategy and direction
  • Hold the team accountable to goals and drive results
  • Drive support improvements by working with cross functional partners
What we’re looking for :
  • 3+ years of people management experience  
  • Experience working in operations
  • Proven track record of driving improvements using data
  • Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies and processes quickly, with curiosity and openness
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to quickly build cross-functional relationships
