We're looking for an innovative and results driven Executive Recruiting Manager to lead the strategy and hiring of future leaders and executives that will build the technology and business required to scale Pinterest to the next level. Reporting into the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading all of our Sr Leadership recruiting across all functional areas of our business. You will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs and the broader Recruiting team to set and develop talent strategies that meet the global growth demands of the organization.
- Hiring top tier passive leadership talent at a technology company, ideally into technical positions.
- Executive search and in-house company experience.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with diverse candidates for short and long term hiring needs.
- Implementing innovative candidate engagement approaches to educate, activate, convert and close top talent.
- Collaborating with business partners across the company to influence hiring decisions and process improvements - founders, executive teams, HR leaders, compensation, people ops and external agencies.
- Managing senior, high performing teams and mentoring recruiters and sourcers across business and technical functions.
