Web Producer (Contract)

As a Web Producer at Pinterest, you’ll oversee web-based initiatives and operations by working with writers, designers, product and brand marketing managers across the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as drive a team to project completion, keeping the big picture in sight. This is a contract position based in San Francisco. Hours are flexible with start date ASAP.

What you’ll do :
  • Drive the execution of website projects across multiple internal and external teams
  • Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and maintains in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of project risks and constraints
  • Establish and maintain process and project documentation
  • Provide daily/weekly/etc. project status updates to stakeholders
What we’re looking for :
  • 4-5+ years of client-facing interactive project management experience at a digital agency
  • Strong working knowledge of web production, design and engineering release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technology.
  • Exemplary ability to quickly analyze project requests and to determine technical feasibility, required activities, and the appropriate resources required.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels across the organization.
  • Experience in defining cross-functional and marketing/creative processes.
  • Experience with localization and international markets.
