University Recruiter (Contract)

We're looking for a University Recruiter to help us bring the best and brightest students to Pinterest. You'll get the opportunity to do a little bit of everything– full cycle recruiting, university strategy, create programs and events to promote the Pinterest brand on campuses, and help plan and execute programs. You'll find innovative ways to use our data and tools to come up with targeted recruiting and campus strategies to build a strong network of new grads and interns for our growing teams. This is a 12 month contract position based in our San Francisco office.

What you’ll do :
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events in an effort to build and maintain relationships with key universities and student organizations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both new grad and intern hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Manage the execution of our University programs including on-boarding, events, and mentoring
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Recruiting, and Inclusion & Diversity) 
  • Roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed (coordination, events, etc.)
What we're looking for :
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (university or technical) 
  • Willingness to travel as needed, especially during peak recruitment season 
  • Driven to create a great experience for candidates
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and results driven
  • Ability to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
