Paid Search Manager (Contract)

Pinterest is looking for an experienced paid search manager who will help us scale support for our Shopping ads product, Catalogs. You will help key advertisers activate on Shopping and will work closely with Product and Ops to improve existing processes and voice feature requests.

What you'll do :
  • Onboard, implement, report against and optimize ad campaigns for advertisers running Shopping ads
  • Troubleshoot tools and products, submit bugs and provide feedback for product and engineering
  • Build and deliver best practices for campaign success
  • Manage advertiser and salesperson relationships through campaign duration
  • Onboard product feeds for new clientsCapture client campaign objectives and feedback/sentiment for their test campaigns
  • Specific guidance to each advertiser to achieve campaign objectives, including feed changes, bids, campaign structure and conversion pixels, targeting, and conversion analysis
  • Ad hoc analyses related to campaigns for improving performance, tools automation
  • Product feedback to Pinterest product/engineers for tools improvement, product challenges, client needs
  • Feedback for sales marketing on case studies, GTM, etc.
What we’re looking for :
  • Proven SEM experience managing campaigns of budgets >(USD)500/day
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Ecommerce / commercial retail sector industry background
  • Basic troubleshooting acumen
  • Thoughtful relationship management, including written and verbal communication
  • You are an expert in complex advertising solutions, from Campaign Management to Pinterest’s product suite
  • You thrive in a data-centric environment, advising on Business Process Improvements (Identify inefficiencies in existing workflow and improve them) building reports and dashboards
