Help Center Content Strategist

We’re looking for a talented Help Center Content Strategist with a passion for Pinterest to join our User Education team. You’ll be responsible for managing Pinterest’s Help Center—the first place millions of people go to get support on Pinterest. You’ll have the opportunity to make a global impact by shaping the way people learn about the product and get help when they need it.

What you'll do :
  • Keep the Help Center up-to-date with new product launches and changes and test, measure, and iterate your way to excellent self-service content
  • Build clear and transparent communication channels to align internal stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Establish effective cross-functional processes to anticipate, understand, prioritize and meet user and stakeholder needs to scale our self-support operations
  • Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to improve Help Center content and the product experience
  • Work with members of our support, product, localization, engineering and partnerships teams to improve our support and product experience
What we’re looking for :
  • 3+ years experience writing for the web
  • Familiarity with content strategy, content design, or information architecture concepts
  • Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Strong work ethic, exceptional judgment and impeccable integrity
