Senior Lead, Brand Media

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead, Brand Media who will be responsible for leading our global brand media strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization and performance analysis. 

What you'll do: 

  • Manage and supervise global day to day media management in conjunction with brand media agency while also leading strategic media planning/execution and serving as a resource for the team
  • Analyze relevant channels and outlets (digital and offline) and determine the best media outlet mix for each campaign to meet KPIs
  • Regularly report on and draw insights from campaign results, building a playbook for future campaigns  
  • Measure impact of campaigns, including short term impact on high-level KPIs such as comprehension and awareness as well as longer term impact on active users and revenue
  • Work with in-house research team on goal setting and KPI tracking via our ongoing brand equity tracking study
What we're looking for :
  • 8-10 years experience as a Brand Media Director, Media Planner or similar role
  • Proven success building effective global brand media plans in digital and offline channels
  • Experience working with marketing mix modeling and brand media tracking companies and tools (e.g. Neustar, Survata, Millward Brown)
  • Experience with budget planning and KPIs development and tracking
  • BS in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
