Executive Assistant Business Partner

San Francisco

We're looking for an Executive Assistant Business Partner for our People Team. In this role you’ll support our Chief People Officer and our Head of Global Talent managing their busy schedules, leading key projects and maintaining great relationships internally and externally. You’ll need to be an amazing communicator who’s focused on all the important details and passionate about supporting people.

What you'll do :
  • Proactively organize and manage busy calendars, travel schedules, and agenda prep
  • Manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once that span different organizations
  • Organize team meetings and support internal company leadership events
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Manage, set goals, provide feedback and coaching to admin team member(s)
  • Build great relationships both inside and outside of Pinterest
What we're looking for :
  • 5-8 years of experience in supporting a c-level leader in fast-paced, high growth, global environment
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills
  • Able to move quickly and make confident decisions
  • Data-driven, analytical thinker
  • A passion for growing your own career and coaching other team members
  • Enjoys working independently, but also great at being part of a team 
  • Proficient in gSuite, Keynote, MS Office, Slack
  • Bonus points for public company experience
