Product Quality Support Specialist

Dublin

We’re looking for a motivated and technically driven Product Quality Support Specialist with strong critical thinking and data analytics skills. You'll support the User Services team throughout incidents, analyze spikes in tickets, investigate and resolve issues and search for Pinner problems and fixes. You will also work cross-functionally with Engineering teams building data reports and providing insights to improve the platform and Pinner experience.

What you’ll do :
  • Analyze and identify trends in tickets 
  • Investigate and resolve issues that are being passed by Agents
  • Partner with engineers and product specialists to drive product changes using data insights
  • Build and run SQL queries to uncover Pinner problems, product limitations and perform data analysis to shape user cases
  • Lead team members through troubleshooting tips as technical issues arise on the platform
What we’re looking for :
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements
  • Analytical and data driven mindset
  • A working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues
  • Zendesk and Jira knowledge a plus
  • German language skills a plus
