Product Manager, Content Modeling

We’re looking for a product manager to join our fast-growing content organization and revolutionize the way people discover the inspiration to create a life they love. You'll be responsible for understanding our catalog of billions of Pins and help personalize the experience for millions of Pinners. You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, development and execution. This is a high leverage role with impact on our organic recommendations and monetization strategies. The right person will have the ability to work exceptionally well with internal stakeholders, is comfortable digging in on modeling decisions, and can evangelize the vision and strategy throughout the org.

What you’ll do :
  • Oversee the strategy, expansion and development of our Taste Graph
  • Build end-to-end machine learning systems to apply text labels and feature embeddings to our corpus of Pins
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize ways to use Pins to drive engagement (like better targeted notifications) or revenue (such as improved targeted ads)
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and work with engineers to build, launch, and and make our customers successful
What we’re looking for :
  • Over 4 years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies with at least a year of experience working on technical products such as machine learning, search, data, knowledge or platform
  • Prior experience working with machine learning engineers
  • Experience in leading teams, working cross-functionally, and navigating organizations in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take complex concepts and extract simple solutions
