Sales Operations Coordinator (Contract)

Pinterest brings millions of people the inspiration to create a life they love for everything; whether that be tonight’s dinner, next summer’s vacation, or a dream house down the road. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll partner with our Partner Success and Sales Operations teams to improve the data integrity of our internal sales systems and tools. You’ll own the account creation, mapping & transition processes through daily task execution and optimization of operational workflows. 

What you’ll do :
  • Execute daily account creation and account mapping work across all Sales channels
  • Understand our account ownership principles and guidelines to support account transition and ownership requests
  • Improve data hygiene in our CRM system through daily maintenance and proactive cleanup efforts
  • Ensure timely and accurate lead routing and assignment
  • Identify and implement process improvements across account ownership, account creation and lead routing workflow
What we’re looking for :
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operational or accounting role (ideal but not required)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude across reporting systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with teams spanning various countries and timezones
  • Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce, Excel & Google Sheets
