Head of Measurement & Insights

Our Measurement & Insights team focuses relentlessly on proving value to our advertiser base through first- and third-party measurement solutions, syndicated studies, and unique platform insights. We’re looking for a passionate, nimble leader, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, who will oversee this team and champion Pinterest as a must-buy through Pinterest’s next phase of growth in the US and internationally. 


What you’ll do :
  • Lead our fast-growing Measurement and Insights teams that span across geographies, verticals and sales channels
  • Position Pinterest as an innovator within ads measurement by partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to build out more first-party measurement solutions that challenge the status quo of the advertising industry and position Pinterest as a must-buy
  • Work with our Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations teams to identify and answer key strategic questions for the business and craft worthy stories we can tell externally
  • Externally represent Pinterest as an ads measurement thought leader in client meetings, speaking engagements, and key industry events
  • Internally serve as the subject matter expert on ads measurement in strategic discussions with our executive team
  • Continue to grow the Measurement & Insights team by attracting and retaining strong talent
What we’re looking for :
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in digital ads measurement and insights
  • A track record of thought leadership and industry-level impact in digital ads measurement
  • Strong business acumen and the technical ability to understand complex ads measurement & insights methodologies
  • Excellent communicator, especially when explaining technical topics to teams outside your own
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with our go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business Development) as well as key teams within Product and Engineering
  • Strong operator who will continue to help the team manage and prioritize ever-growing demands within a high-growth company
  • Experience leading, guiding, and mentoring high-performing teams in a hyper-growth environment
  • This role will report to our Chief Operating Officer and will be a peer to our Global Head of Partnerships, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Communications, and Head of Strategy, Corporate Development & Business Development
