Executive Recruiting Sourcer (Contract)

Our strength as a recruiting team lies in our ability to strategize with leaders to build and scale teams and hire individuals who collectively make up our unique culture. You'll use data and creativity to create targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates. What You’ll Do :
  • Quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function
  • Track industry trends and developments, including information on clients and target companies
  • Identify potential candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Screen potential candidates
  • Partner with executive recruiters throughout the entire search process including kick-off, strategy, and execution of search engagement to bring each search to a successful completion
What We’re Looking For :
  • 4+ years experience in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated success as a researcher (school, work, etc.)
  • A highly analytical individual who is detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly
  • Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel as well as the ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks appropriately
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly over the phone with people at all levels of an organization
