Product Manager, Search

Pinterest brings millions of people the inspiration to create a life they love for everything; whether that be tonight’s dinner, next summer’s vacation, or a dream house down the road. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Discovery Product team focused on growing and deepening search engagement. This role will be critical in inspiring more Pinners to search and connecting them with the most relevant results as quickly as possible. If this sounds like fun, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do :
  • Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for Pinterest search
  • Grow search usage by making the product faster and easier to use, and showing more personalized, timely recommendations 
  • Make the results page more inspirational and useful by building new ways to refine, pivot, and take action
What We’re Looking For :
  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager, engineer, or data scientist at fast-growing companies
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Deep understanding of how to test hypotheses at scale on consumer-facing products
  • Ability to develop product strategy from insights derived from both data and qualitative user research
  • Knowledge of how search engines work
