Paid Acquisition Lead

The Paid Acquisition team is a new effort in the Growth org at Pinterest. This team is still really early on and you will have a chance to really help shape the success of this initiative and help build the team and the systems from the ground up. We’re looking for an experienced software engineer that can help lead and shape the team’s strategy and turn paid acquisition into an automated ROI positive channel that can scale up to bringing millions of users to Pinterest.

What you’ll do :
  • Help define the team’s strategy on how to acquire users at scale
  • Build systems for data preparation, logging, and collection of paid ad campaign engagement
  • Run and analyze large scale experiments on hundreds of millions of users
What we’re looking for :
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • 2+ years experience with working on Paid Acquisition or Ad Tech
