Software Engineer, Internal Tools

Join that team that will help improve the velocity for Pinterest’s developers, by defining and delivering world class tooling and systems to enable our developers to do their best work. We’re looking for engineers with a passion for productivity, and a background in tooling to help us developer the next generation developer platform.  

What you’ll do :
  • Design and build the developer tooling and infrastructure to increase the velocity of development at Pinterest
  • Work with a broad set of teams across the company to define needs and priorities
  • Be accountable for developer productivity metrics, and improving them.
What we’re looking for :
  • 8+ years of software engineering industry experience
  • Experience in developer platforms, developer tooling or developer infrastructure
  • Experience with docker, node, python and/or java a plus
