Tech Lead, Paid Acquisition (Ads)

As Tech Lead for Paid Acquisition you will be responsible for developing and growing this new initiative from its early stages into a major acquisition channel that brings in millions of users. You will architect and build systems to manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, be responsible for maximizing the ROI of a multi-million dollar budget, and help develop a major new growth channel.

 



What you’ll do :
  • Be technical lead for the team
  • Define the team’s strategy on how to cost efficiently acquire users at scale
  • Build systems for managing and optimizing ad campaigns and spend across multiple ad platforms
What we’re looking for :
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • 2+ years experience with working on Paid Acquisition or Ad Tech
